Introduction to S.C.C. Limited
S.C.C. Limited is a private limited company established in 1981 in Manchester.
Initially the company specialised in in-situ reinforced concrete until the late 1980's when it identified a market for prefabricated components and set up a factory alongside the M1, east of Sheffield.
Since its conception the company has developed a wide variety of components including terrace units, staircases, bridge and ground beams, retaining walls, composite floor slabs, architectural cladding and its own unique system for the construction of multi-storey car parks.
During the early 1990's when the company saw an increase in its market share, a further factory was acquired which has now become its headquarters and main precasting facility.
With this acquisition the company has been well placed to grow with an expanding market, being appointed both main and principal contractor on a number of developments with the capability to take a project from design concept to finished building. It has also increased its portfolio of multi-storey car parks acting in a design build capacity direct to its clients who inevitably benefit from the ongoing improvements our system has to offer.
All products are covered by our in-house quality plan to ensure goods and services are supplied in line with clients’ specifications.
Being close to the motorway network the company is well placed to undertake projects throughout the UK.
