Princes Dock (M.S.C.P)

This 760 space car park procured by client Princes Dock Development Company has been constructed under a design and build package.

The D & B package offers a large percentage of high quality finishes - these include terracotta tiles encast in stretcher bond formation with contrasting feature bands.

Architectural antique white spandrel panels with matching powder coated balustrade frames and fair faced concrete throughout.



The simple rational design reflects the quality of the surrounding buildings paying due reference to the scale and rhythm of the Victorian dockland.
