Cheltenham (M.S.C.P)

This 356 space car park has been constructed under a design build package for client Salmon Harvester Properties plc from an original concept scheme by ESA Architects.

The external facade has been tailor made to suit the S.C.C. Limited precast composite system. This has provided parking to ground and two suspended levels. Due to its residential/retail position, the use of STO render to the main elevations fits in with the colourful adjoining properties.

The render has been applied to purpose made precast panels in lieu of structural blockwork, providing vehicle impact within the car park.



The car park is currently operated by NCP from an accommodation block facing the Cheltenham Brewery Retail Park, the brickwork for the accommodation area is in keeping with that of the retail development and was supplied in en-cast panels.
