Clarence Dock, Leeds (Car Park)
This 1600 space car park was handed over to client Berkeley Clarence Dock Company in Spring 2004.
The contract was delivered via a design build package within a twelve month construction period. The car park is part of a mixed use development on the old Clarence Dock site adjacent to the Royal Armouries.
Lead architects Carey Jones were keen to provide a user friendly building with a high specification. This has been achieved with the use of high quality prefabricated components.

A unique feature of the building is the use of approximately 4000m2 of stainless steel cable mesh, creating a wave design, representing billowing sails, a highlight of the exterior facade.
