Kings Lynn (M.S.C.P)

Built for client Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council, this 700 space multi-storey car park was completed in 2005 under a design and build contract as principal contractor.

As well as a car park control office, a shop mobility operation runs from the car park's management accommodation unit. The facade has been clad in red terracotta tiles to give a rain screen effect.

This has been used as the external treatment to all service cores and from ground to first floor on all elevations. The upper floors have been screened using vertical louvres.



These have been mounted at four different angles to give the facade a gentle wave effect.
